Like most engineers, Matt had a life long dream of running his own business. In 2003 the timing was right and Quality Smart Inc was off and running. The goal of Quality Smart Inc is to be the preferred store for purchasing parts and accessories. This means quality products delivered on time, at competitive prices and supported by top notch customer service. All products ship directly from manufacturers or large warehouses directly to customers. Matt runs Quality Smart Inc after work from a home office and email is the most efficient method of contact. We make it a point to respond to every email we receive within 24 hours. Quality Smart Inc is a small business that leverages the drop shipping services of manufacturers and distributors to have parts shipped directly to customers. When you call or email Quality Smart Inc, you communicate with one person; Matt Wolfe, the owner. This means that you will get quick answers to all of your questions, no matter what your questions are. Never the run around and hassle that you get at our larger competitors. Quality Smart Inc utilizes top of the line secure online ordering technology so your personal information is safe. Shipping charges are available before you enter any payment information so there are no surprises during checkout. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal so anyone can buy from Quality Smart Inc. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not add you to any spam lists. So to answer the question, why shop at Quality Smart Inc, the store that offers small business customer service combined with large business prices, my answer is; Why Not? Your privacy matters to us. All online orders are communicated using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection. Through an SSL connection all data is encrypted before it is sent over the internet. This insures that no one else can intercept your personal information while it is being sent to our servers. We collect your personal information for billing, shipping and tax purposes only. All of our snail mail and email lists are opt-in, which means that you must request to be put on the list; you are not added to any list automatically. If you opt-in to a list and later decide to be removed, simply send us an email stating that you would like to be removed from our lists and we will gladly remove your address. Your private information will not be sold, traded or rented to any 3rd party companies period. Your personal information may be passed to a 3rd party company for the purpose of delivering products (name, address) or to protect Quality Smart Inc from loss or damage (verifying credit card information with the bank, etc..). We do collect statistical browsing information to determine which areas of our website are the most popular; however this data does not include any personally identifiable information. For any return please be sure to contact Quality Smart Inc prior to shipping your item to us. We will provide you with an RMA number and a shipping address. Any COD packages, or packages missing RMA numbers will not be accepted. Non-custom items are returnable for 30-days after the purchase date. If the item is returned due to manufacturing defect then Quality Smart Inc will pay for return shipping via UPS ground. The item will be inspected by Quality Smart Inc and if appropriate you will be given a choice between a refund or an exchange. If you return an item to us for any reason other than manufacturing defect then please understand that return shipping will not be reimbursed and a restocking fee may apply. All returned items must arrive in the original packaging and non-warranty items must be in new, re-sellable condition. We recommend that you insure any return shipments as Quality Smart Inc will not provide a refund or exchange for returns which arrive damaged due to shipping or handling. Custom items, Special Orders and Clearance items are not returnable. The exception is in the case of manufacturing defect, in which case the item may be returned to Quality Smart Inc within 30-days of purchase for an exchange. In the case of manufacturing defect Quality Smart Inc will exchange the item via UPS Ground at no cost to you. Custom item returns must arrive in the original package and with no damage other than the manufacturing defect. Beyond 30 days: No returns are accepted beyond 30 days. Contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty or repair issues.
