Honda XR250/400
The Big Gun exhaust represents the single greatest performance increase you can make to the XR. Big Gun adds pull throughout the power range - bottom, mid and top. The biggest gain comes at the high end where the Big Gun allows the XR to rev as much as 500RPM over stock.

Honda XR600/650L
The basis of this system's design was raced and tested by Mike Young in 1993 and developed by Honda Racing of Japan for his 4-stroke national-dominating factory XR628 - The 'Big Gun' namesake. "My mechanic Eric Crippa, and I worked for an entire pre-season developing the dimensions for this system; the length of the silencer, the diameter of the head-pipe, every possible combination was tested until we came up with the optimum performance without loosing power anywhere." It's perfect for woods, enduro, MX or desert.

Honda XR650R
The XR650R has a motor blessed ith loads of low-end power. Unfortunately, mid and top-end performance falls short. Fortunately the Big Gun exhaust system significantly improves mid and top-end power transforming Big Red into a total performer. Tested and developed by Johnny Campbell, Tim Staab, Steve Hengeveld and Craig Smith. Tex Mitchell won class 30 at the Baja 2000.

Honda CRF450R
This is the hottest bike of the year and Big Gun spent time and developed an awesome signature series slip-on silencer only system that rated tops in the 02 January Dirt Rider magazine. The complete race series system graced the cover of the march motocross action magazine on the Big Gun / Wiseco CRF470R. MXA loved the pipe. Go with the silencer to wake up the bottom and mid power or the complete system to wake up the whole power band. You'll also save over 2#. Rich Johnson's personal CRF450R is equipped with a Signature Series slip-on silencer.

Yamaha TTR 90/125/225/250
With Big Gun's exclusive stepped exhaust system design and aerospace ceramic coating. Big Gun has built broader power bands and shaved off as much as 6# on the 250. The TTR 90 gets an all aluminum billet end-cap. The TTR 125 gets a shortened big bike silencer and end-cap. The TTR 225/250 gets roughly a 5HP increase in power with more bottom and mid-range pull.

Yamaha YZ/WR 250F/400F/426F/450F Oversized Systems
These systems are designed to give better bottom-end power with loads of mid-range and good top end. The 250F ceramic coated, tapered race series adds an incredible 5HP to the bottom and middle. Typical of Big Gun, the 250/400/426 systems make broad, useable power that provides optimum traction with the least amount of wheel spin. Daniel Blair used both systems to be the first four stroke rider in history to qualify for the 125cc and 250cc main events at the third Anaheim round of the 2002 EA sports supercross series.

KTM 400/620/640, SX, R/XE, E/XC
Where the stock exhaust lacks on the bottom, the Big Gun system gives the big Katooms a wake-up call. Producing up to 8HP over stock - giving it the torque it needs down low while still pulling harder on top. All this in a package that fits better, tucks in nicer and weighs 2.5# less than stock.
